Where is this product made?

Milk for the Biostime SN-2 BIO PLUS Premium Organic Range is sourced from organic farms within the Isigny Sainte-Mere dairy cooperative, located in Normandy, France. The region’s dairy farmers have produced milk here for centuries. The unique ecosystem creates the perfect conditions for Normandy dairy cows to graze all year round, producing a high quality milk. Grass grows from clay soil, nurtured with a mild and humid oceanic climate, a balance of salt water and fresh water, and an abundance of rain for more than 200 days each year, resulting in milk rich in mineral salts.

Can this product be taken with other Biostime products?

This product can be taken with Biostime Infant Probiotics with Vitamin D, or Biostime Immune Defence + Lactoferrin. Consult with your health care practitioner to check your child's requirements before consumption.

Why can I not use hot water with this product?

Hot water should not be used with products containing probiotics, including this product. To avoid destroying the good bacteria, please use cooled boiled water, that has cooled to 40º C or less in temperature. When using any product always prepare following the instructions on the packaging or as advised by a qualified healthcare professional as unnecessary or improper use can affect the health of your child.

Consumption of additional vitamin or mineral preparations is not necessary. All quantities are expressed as averages.

Preparation

Step One

Wash hands before preparing the feed. Sterilise all utensils by boiling in water or using an approved steriliser.
Step Two

Boil drinking water and allow to cool until lukewarm. Measure the required amount of lukewarm water into a sterilised feeding bottle.
Step Three

Use only the enclosed scoop. Fill the scoop lightly and level off using the built-in leveller. Avoid compacting powder.
Step Four

Add one level scoop of powder for each 30 mL of water. Cap the bottle and shake briskly to dissolve the powder.
Step Five

Test temperature on wrist and feed immediately. Discard unfinished feeds.

Prepare each bottle separately. It is safer to use immediately after preparation. If a bottle of made up formula is to be stored prior to use, it must be refrigerated and used within 24 hours.

Storage

Do not use if scoop or powder security seals are damaged or missing. Store in a cool dry place and keep container airtight after opening. After opening, use contents within four weeks. Fill is by weight, not volume. Some settling of the powder may occur.
