HPO stands for Harnessing the Power of Oligosaccharides. Biostime SN-2 BIO PLUS HPO Infant Formula includes the oligosaccharide 2'-O-Fucosyllactose (2'-FL).
Biostime SN-2 BIO PLUS Infant Formula is blended with a synbiotic blend of 2'-FL HMO, a nature inspired prebiotic, and cultures of B. Infantis M63, a probiotic naturally found in the digestive system of breast-fed infants.
This product can be taken with Biostime Infant Probiotics with Vitamin D, or Biostime Immune Defence + Lactoferrin. Consult with your health care practitioner to check your child's requirements before consumption.
Hot water should not be used with products containing probiotics, including this product. To avoid destroying the good bacteria, please use cooled boiled water, that has cooled to 40º C or less in temperature. When using any product always prepare following the instructions on the packaging or as advised by a qualified healthcare professional as unnecessary or improper use can affect the health of your child.

Biostime Stage 1 HPO infant formula is specifically designed for infants aged from birth to 6 months. Stage 1 refers to that specific age group. You’ll also find stage 2 infant formula for infants aged 6 - 12 months, through to toddler milk drink stage 3 which is suitable for children aged 12-36 months.
Infant milk formula stage 1 is suitable for a newborn up to the age of 6 months and is specifically developed to provide nutritional support for an infant at this particular developmental stage.
