INGREDIENTS

Each film coated tablet contains:

Iron (from iron II glycinate) 24 mg

Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 50 micrograms

Vitamin C (ascorbic acid from calcium ascorbate dihydrate) 15 mg

Fructooligosaccharides 80 mg

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Adult Dosage:  One tablet daily, during or immediately after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional.

STORAGE

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place. Do not use if cap seal is broken.
