    This product is not suitable for those following a vegan diet as it contains vitamin D derived from lanolin. However, it is suitable for those following a vegetarian diet.

  • When is it recommended to start taking prenatal supplements?

    It is generally recommended to start taking prenatal nutrients approximately three months prior to conception, you can then transition to a pregnancy specific supplement once you concieve. We always recommend consulting with your Primary Healthcare Professional when preparing for pregnancy or when considering a dietary supplement routine, as they can best advise on what’s right for your individual needs.

  • Why do I need to take a prenatal vitamin?

    Prenatal vitamins can be beneficial for supporting the nutritional needs required for both mother and baby. There are some specific nutrients that are required in higher amounts during pregnancy such as Folic Acid, which can help prevent bub from neural tube defects such as spina bifida and/or anencephaly, when taken daily for at least four weeks before conception and during the first trimester of pregnancy.
