DELIVERIES & RETURNS POLICY
At Biostime, we understand that the world’s changing, and so is the experience of parenting. While the journey can be rich and rewarding, it’s also filled with discovery and uncertainties. That’s why we have strived to provide you with a simple and enjoyable online shopping experience.
Maximum quantity of products to be shipped per transaction is 6 units per product across the Biostime SN-2 BIO PLUS Range, and 3 units of the Biostime Infant Probiotics with Vitamin D product.
Orders placed and shipped through the Online Store at www.biostime.com.au will be honoured with products with an expiry date of at least four months, unless otherwise stated in the product description. It is recommended that you read the product description for goods placed on promotion or advertised at a special rate closely.
Dispatch and Delivery
We will dispatch the order within two business days. In most cases goods shipped domestically within Australia will be received within 3 -7 business days of shipping, however delivery times will vary based on location. Bulky items or deliveries to remote locations may take longer. All orders sent by Biostime will have an accompanying order tracking number. This will be sent to you shortly after the time of dispatch, to the email address you have listed with us. You can keep track of your order via http://auspost.com.au/track.
Shipping within Australia is generally carried by Australia Post, though we may opt to use an alternate service where necessary. Please ensure a valid address is supplied – we can deliver to residential, business and PO Box addresses.
Invoices for goods supplied within Australia will not incur a delivery fee until further stated. If for some reason your parcel does not arrive within a reasonable time frame, please contact us at Biostime.AU@hh.global. At this stage we will only provide standard shipping. Please allow between 3-7 business days. Bulky items or deliveries to remote locations may take longer.
Biostime® online store supplies product for the domestic Australian market only. Please contact us for details of product availability in other locations.
Returns and Refunds
In addition to any rights you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), which cannot be excluded by law, you may return your purchase to us if for any reason the goods are not what you ordered, you are not happy with the quality of the goods you have purchased, or the goods are damaged. We will not cancel or refund an order based on “change of mind”.
At Biostime® we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases. Where you can, please have your order number or any additional information available and ready to go.
Biostime® will exchange the goods or otherwise reimburse the price of the returned Goods (including any invoiced delivery charges) within 30 days of them being received.
Any goods provided as an exchange or replacement will be dispatched and delivered in line with the process set out under these Terms.
